Neni 1
Qëllimi

Kjo Rregullore, përcakton rregullat dhe
mënyrën e sjelljes së vizitorëve në hapësirat e
Kompleksit Memorial “Adem Jashari” në
Prekaz.

Article 1
Purpose

This Regulation, shall define the rules and
manners of the visitors behavior in the spaces
of the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in
Prekaz.

Član 1
Svrha

Ovim se Uredba, određuje pravilima i načinu
Ponašanja posetilaca u prostorima
Memorijalnog Kompleksa „Adem Jashari“ u
Prekazu.

Fushëveprimi

Kjo Rregullore zbatohet për vizitorët e
Kompleksit Memorial "Adem Jashari" në
Prekaz.

Neni 3
Orientimi i Vizitorëve

1. Pritja e vizitorëve fillon në objektin e Zyrës
së Informimit në Muzeun e Kompleksit
Memorial "Adem Jashari" në Prekaz (në tekstin
e mëtejmë: Kompleksi Memorial), për të
vazhduar më tutje te varrezat, kullat e
rezistencës, te bunkeri i komandantit dhe pastaj
për të vazhduar shëtitjen nëpër shesh.

2. Ciceronët në fillim duhet t’i njoftojnë,
informojnë, vizitorët për rregullat e kompleksit
memorial dhe gjithashtu ciceroni duhet të
shpjegojë ngjarjen para vizitorëve.

3. Vizitorët duhet të respektojnë orarin prej orës
09:00 – 17:00, përfshirë edhe pauza një (1) orë
e ushqimit për ciceronët.






Article 2
Scope

This Regulation applies to the Memorial
Complex "Adem Jashari" in Prekaz.


Article 3
Visitors orientation

1. Visiting visitors begins in the information
office object at the museum of the Memorial
Complex "Adem Jashari" in Prekaz (in the
following text: Memorial Complex), to
proceed further to the Cemetery at the
Resistance Tower, to the bunker of the
commander and then to continue walking
around the square.
2. Guides must first inform, visitors about the
rules of the memorial complex and also the
guide must explain the event to the visitors.


3. Visitors must respect the hours from 09:00
- 17:00, including pause 1 hour of food for
the guides.






Član 2
Delokrug

Ova Uredba se odnosi na Memorijalni
kompleks "Adem Jashari" u Prekazu.


Član 3
Orijentacija posetioca

1. Poseta posetiocima počinje u kancelariji za
informaciju u Muzeju Memorijalnog
kompleksa "Adem Jashari" u Prekazu (u
daljem tekstu: Memorijalni Kompleks) da se
nastavi dalje do groblja u Otpornom tornju, do
bunkera komandanta, a zatim da se nastavi
hodati oko trga.

2. Vodiči moraju prvo obavestiti, posetioce o
pravilima memorijal kompleksa, a takođe
vodič mora posetiocima objasniti događaj.


3. Posetioci moraju poštovati sate od 09:00 -
1 :00, uključuju i i 1 sat pauze za ručak za
vodiči.

Sjelljet e vizitorëve brenda zonës së
Kompleksit Memorial

1. Brenda zonës së Kompleksit Memorial para
hyrjes në recepcion lejohet hyrja në mënyrë
individuale dhe në grupe nga vizitorët.


2. Gjatë vizitës në Kompleksin Memorial,
vizitorët:

2.1. nuk lejohen të dëmtojnë ndonjë objekt
dhe/apo gjësend ose t’i marrin ato si
suvenir nga kompleksi memorial;

2.2. duhet të kenë sjellje konform
rregullave të kompleksit memorial;


2.3. duhet t’i respektojnë shenjat e
vendosura në Kompleks Memorial, pra nuk
lejohet të shëtisin me biçikletë ose
motoçikletë, me qen, ose kafshë tjera nëpër
shesh me përjashtim të rrugës, nuk lejohet
të hedhin mbeturina, ose mbetje të cigares;

2.4. nuk lejohet të bërtasin ose të
shkaktojnë zhurmë, të fishkëllojnë të
shkaktojnë konflikte ose edhe çfarë do
situate të palakmueshme brenda
kompleksit memorial;
Article 4
Visitors behavior and other persons within
area of the Memorial Complex

1. Within the Memorial Complex area
before the entrance to the reception is
allowed entrance individually and in groups
of visitors.

2. During the visit to the Memorial Complex,
visitors:

2.1. are not allowed to damage any
object and / or thing or take them as
souvenirs from the memorial complex;

2.2. visitors should have behaviors
according to the rules of the memorial
complex;

2.3. must respect the marks placed in
the complex, so do not allowed to walk
by bike or motorbike, with dogs or other
animals in the streets except the street,
should not throw garbage or cigarettes;


2.4. it is not allowed shouting or cause
noise, hesitate to cause conflicts or even
any unenviable situation within the
memorial complex;

Član 4
Ponašanje posetilaca i druga lica u
području Memorijalnog kompleksa

1. Unutar područja Memorijalnog kompleksa
prije ulaza u recepciju dozvoljen je ulaz
pojedinačno iu grupama posjetilaca.


2. Tokom posete Memorijalnom kompleksu,
posetioci:

2.1. ne smeju oštetiti bilo koji predmet i /
ili stvar ili ih uzeti kao suvenire iz spomen
kompleksa;

2.2. posetioci se moraju ponašati prema
pravilima memorijalnog kompleksa;


2.3. moraju se pridržavati oznaka
smještenih u kompleksu, tako da nije
dozvoljeno da hodate biciklom ili
motorom, sa psima ili drugim životinjama
na ulicama osim ulice, ne smijete bacati
sme e ili cigarete;

2.4. nije dozvoljeno da vrište ili izazivaju
buku, oklevaju da izazovu sukobe ili čak
bilo kakvu nezavidnu situaciju unutar
memorijalnog kompleksa;

2.5. duhet të dëgjojnë shpjegimin e
ciceronit në mënyrë të qetë që mos t’i
pengojë të tjerët gjatë marrjes së çfarë do
informate.

3. Në rast se vizitorët e ndryshëm kanë pyetje
lidhur me ndonjë informatë brenda hapësirës së
Kompleksit Memorial, ciceroni duhet të jep
përgjigje lidhur me pyetjet e parashtruara të
vizitorëve.

Neni 5
Bashkëpunimi me institucionet për
mbarëvajtjen në Kompleksin Memorial

1. Menaxhmenti i Agjencisë për Menaxhimin e
Kompleksve Memoriale (në tekstin e mëtejmë:
AMKMK) e sidomos stafi zyrtar në
Kompleksin Memorial, sipas nevojës, duhet të
bashkëpunojë me:

1.1. Organet komunale;

1.2. Policinë komunale;

1.3. Kompanitë rajonale.

2. Zhvillimet dhe ndërtimet duhet të bazohen në
planin hapësinor dhe në planin e përgjithshëm
urbanistik, me pëlqimin e AMKMK-së.


2.5. should hear the guide's explanation
in a calm way so as not to interfere with
others in receiving any information.


3. If different visitors have questions about
any information within the area of the
Memorial Complex, the guide should provide
answers regarding the questions posed by the
visitors.

Article 5
Cooperation with institutions for the
progress of the Memorial Complex

1. The management of the Agency for the
Memorial Complex (in the following text:
AMMCK) and especially the official staff in
the Memorial Complex, as needed, cooperate
with:

1.1. Municipal bodies;

1.2. Municipal police;

1.3. Regional companies.

2. Developments and constructions should be
based on the spatial plan and overall urban
plan, with the consent of the AMMCK.


2.5. treba da čuje objašnjenje vodiča na
miran način kako ne bi ometao druge u
prijemu informacija.


3. Ako različiti posjetioci imaju pitanja o bilo
kakvim informacijama u području
memorijalnog kompleksa, vodič treba da pruži
odgovore na pitanja koja postavljaju posetioci.


Član 5
Saradnja sa institucijama za dobrobit
Memorijal Kompleksa

1. Rukovodstvo Agencije za upravljanje
Memorijal kompleksima (u daljem tekstu:
AUMKK) i posebno službeno osoblje u
Memorijal kompleksu, ako je potrebno, treba
da sarađuju sa:

1.1. Opštinski organi;

1.2. Opštinska policija;

1.3. Regionalnim kompanijama.

2. Razvoj i izgradnja treba da se zasniva na
prostornom planu i ukupnom urbanističkom
planu, uz saglasnost AUMKK.

Ndalesat

1. Në Kompleksin Memorial ndalohen:

1.1. automjetet që të qarkullojnë në qendër
të Kompleksit e cila përfshinë hapësirën
prej objektit të recepcionit e deri në dalje të
lagjes Jasharaj;

1.2. të gjitha veprimet nga personat e
pandërgjegjshëm që shkakojnë dëmtime
objekteve të ndryshme brenda Kompleksit
Memorial, si thyerjet e ndryshme,
gërvishtjet dhe vjedhjet;

1.3. ndalohen të gjitha mbishkrimet brenda
Kompleksit Memorial, siç janë: ngjyrosjet,
grafitet dhe parullat e ndryshme;

1.4. të gjitha aktivitetet e biznesit brenda
zonës së veçantë pa pëlqimin e AMKMK-
së.

Neni 7
Aktivitetet tjera të ndaluara

Në hapësirat e Kompleksit Memorial ndalohen
inçizimet nga mediat dhe portalet pa marrë
pëlqimin nga ana e AMKMK-së.


Article 6
Prohibitions

1. At the Memorial Complex is prohibited:

1.1. the circulation of vehicles in the
center of the Complex which includes the
space from the reception facility to the
outskirts of the Jasharaj neighborhood;

1.2. all actions by unconscious persons
are prohibited causing damage to various
objects within the complex such as
various breaks, scratches and thefts;


1.3. all inscriptions prohibited inside
Complexity, coloring, graffiti and
different slogans;

1.4. all business activities within the
special zone without the consent of the
AMMCK.

Article 7
Other prohibited activities

In the spaces of the Memorial Complex
media recordings, portals without the consent
of the AMMCK are prohibited.


Član 6
Zabrane

1. U Memorijalnom kompleksu zabranjeno:

1.1. kretanje vozila u centru Kompleksa
koji obuhvata prostor od prihvatnog
objekta do predgrađa Jasharaja;


1.2. zabranjene su sve radnje osoba bez
svesti koje mogu prouzrokovati štetu na
raznim objektima unutar kompleksa, kao
što su razne povrede, ogrebotine i krađe;


1.3. zabraniti sve natpise unutar
kompleksa, boje, grafite i razne parole;


1.4. sve poslovne aktivnosti su unutar
posebne zone bez saglasnosti AUMKK.


Član 7
Ostale zabranjene aktivnosti

U prostorima Memorijalnog kompleksa
zabranjeni su medijski snimci, portali bez
saglasnosti AUMKK.

Aktivitetet e lejuara

1. Brenda qendrës së Kompleksit Memorial
lejohet të kalojnë këto automjete:

1.1. automjetet e familjarëve të
komandantit legjendar ”Adem Jashari”;

1.2. automjetet e delegacioneve të
ndryshme zyrtare;

1.3. automjetet që shërbejnë për
manifestimet e datave të ndryshme;

1.4. automjetet të cilat shërbejnë për
mirëmbajtjen e Kompleksit Memorial;

1.5. automjetet e stafit zyrtar të Kompleksit
Memorial.

2. Automjetet e cekura në nënparagrafin 1.1.
dhe 1.5 të këtij neni, duhet të kenë leje të
përhershme, ndërsa automjetet nga nënparagrafi
1.2. 1.3. 1.4. i këtij neni dhe automjetet që
përdoren për të bërë punime në Kompleksin
Memorial duhet të bëjnë kërkesë për marrjen e
pëlqimit për leje të përkohshme në AMKMK
për periudhën deri sa zgjatë manifestimi, vizita
e delegacionit apo janë duke u ekzekutuar
punime të ndryshme brenda zonës së veçantë.

Article 8
Allowed Activities

1. Within the center of the Memorial
Complex is allowed to pass these vehicles:

1.1. family cars of legendary
commander "Adem Jashari";

1.2. vehicles of delegations
various official;

1.3. vehicles that serve for
manifestations of different dates;

1.4. vehicles that serve for
maintenance of the Memorial Complex;

1.5. vehicles of official Memorial
personnel.

2. Vehicles referred to in subparagraph 1.1.
and 1.5 of this article, must have a permanent
permit, while the vehicles from sub-
paragraph 1.2. 1.3. 1.4. of this article and
vehicles used to do works in the Memorial
Complex must apply for obtaining consent
for temporary permission in AMMCK for the
period until the manifestation lasts, the visit
of the delegation or are being executed
various works within the special area.

Član 8
Dozvoljene aktivnosti

1. U centru Memorijalnog kompleksa
dozvoljeno je da prođe ova vozila:

1.1. porodični automobili legendarni
komandant "Adem Jashari";

1.2. vozila delegacija razne službene
osobe;

1.3. vozila koja služe manifestacije
različitih datuma;

1.4. vozila koja služe održavanje
Memorijalnog kompleksa;

1.5. vozila službenog Memorijalnog
Osoblja.

2. Vozila navedena u podstavu 1.1. i 1.5 ovog
člana, moraju imati trajnu dozvolu, dok vozila
iz podstavka 1.2. 1.3. 1.4. ovog člana i vozila
koja se koriste za izvođenje radova u
Memorijal kompleksu moraju da podnesu
zahtev za dobijanje saglasnosti za privremenu
dozvolu u AUMKK za period dok traje
manifestacija, poseta delegacije ili različiti
radovi u okviru posebne oblasti.

Hyrja në fuqi

Kjo Rregullore hyn në fuqi shtatë (7) ditë pas
publikimit në Gazetën Zyrtare të Republikës së
Kosovës.
